What does our youth wants ? What does our leaders want ? Are we truly growing or only showing ?

Its been a while I have been watching things from a ' cliff ' few chaps I suppose at my age and understanding have got the opportunity to Watch From.
People are power hungry - But more so - Not able to compete against their own Weak Motives and Selfish Targets , we are very Religious - But , the truth is - We don't believe in God.
We believe that success comes to those - Who go to it - this way or that way ! completely forgetting , That no matter what efforts we may make - eventually - there has to be an ethical and moral reply to it.
We feel jealous when someone - suddenly starts to grow and achieve things, we don't understand it might be a long awaited and rare phenomenon in that person's life, but we leave no stones unturned to speak bad about the person.
I feel "locked and stagnant" amidst the 22-26 year olds who have no zest for life. They are busy - clarifying - the Amount of Fee they have been able to recover - in the One Year they have been pursuing their studies with the College.
Unfortunate - We have less students and more touts - Now coming to our Colleges.
Fresher functions are more of - Money Squandering Rackets wherein - a bunch of wrongly elected buffoons create all the possible noise - In the college life as well as Personal Lives of those who are in the Driver's Seats.
To worsen things - Promises of Laptops - instead of Roti and Cheeni are well worsening things - in the furious manner.
Telling the Fully Deprived - post graduate that the Laptops are only for Inter Pass-Outs - is like telling the Eldest son - he will not get any property , because - he is elder - and the youngest will get the LifeLong earnings - because he is young.
Alas ! What can happen to such a state , but , to what exactly is happening ????
Today,
we had a glorious Lunch Party at ECIMT , wherein - two of our beloved staff members took this responsibility of arranging the Great Buffet , we were all called to the Seminar Hall.
After much pomp and show of the Gentleman - Food was served - fit to be served only to 3-4 people. And there we were - 7-8 of us. But the most un-ethical part - I saw in these persons, That inspite of being the Hosts - they can eat everything - without serving anything to the guests. What is this ??? Are these teachers, or are these - Cheats of the first degree. No remorse. No guilt.
For every wrong you do - You blame the management. Is it not like - that for my Family Problems - I curse the neighbour. Unfortunate - But now such people are trying to be role models.
Humanity and human values - are least cared for.
Lust,  greed , jealousy , rudeness and enmity now rule - This land of Uttar Pradesh - I don't know about the general trend - But for our ECIMT it is true.

It was good - I understood - the wretched nature of Humans - at a young age, and Prayed to God early in life, or else - This Unholy River of Humanity - Kills most who take a dip in it.

Why study and waste so many years, when you can actually become a money lender, and for food - India has - so many Langars and Bhandaras every day.
Where to get that money to lend - Beleive me - Beggary is also a flourishing business these days - and that too, not without competitors.

I apologize if you find my words hard, or hurting - they are not for you. But, these are the expressions of a burning heart , tears of a Caring face, and echoes of a Loving Son.

Where can we go - to find peace on Earth. On top - you have - Enemies and Chamchas. Friendship is a Middle Class - characteristic, if you want to be a Big Man - love thy chamchas, and love more your enemies.

I hope you are able to learn something from this piece. After all , I am a teacher , and that too, amidst So Many Role Model Students....... I hope you have understood.

:)   :)    :)
